The Rx Fast Track Portal

Medical Consultation & Prescription Access in Sweden — Without Personnummer or BankID

Accessing prescription care in Sweden without a Swedish personal number or BankID can feel unnecessarily complicated.
Digital systems like 1177 are designed for registered residents.
If you are:
  • A tourist
  • An Erasmus or exchange student
  • A newly arrived professional
  • Waiting for personnummer
  • Without BankID
  • Or temporarily outside Sweden’s digital infrastructure
You may find yourself blocked — not medically, but administratively.
The Rx Fast Track Portal restores direct access to licensed Swedish physicians.
Access first. Administration second.

Who This Is For

This service is designed for individuals who are physically present in Sweden and need medical evaluation or prescription access but do not have:
  • Swedish personnummer
  • BankID
  • Access to 1177 digital systems
It is suitable for:
  • Visitors staying short-term
  • Expats awaiting registration
  • Digital nomads
  • International students
  • Individuals with samordningsnummer
  • Anyone unable to access public digital healthcare pathways
If you are in Sweden and need structured medical assessment, you can request consultation.

Important: This Is a Medical Consultation — Not an Automatic Prescription

Every request is reviewed by a licensed Swedish physician.
Prescriptions are issued only if medically appropriate and in accordance with Swedish regulations.
No medication is guaranteed.
Our role is to assess, advise, and treat safely.

How the Process Works

Step 1 – Submit Your Medical Consultation Request

Complete the structured intake form.
You will provide:
  • Identity details
  • Passport / ID information
  • Current location in Sweden
  • Medication details or symptom description
  • Relevant documentation (if available)
This ensures safe clinical assessment.

Step 2 – Secure Payment

Consultation fee: 3200 SEK
Once the form is completed, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link.
Consultation begins once payment is completed.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe using encrypted EU-compliant infrastructure.
We do not process payments via WhatsApp.

Step 3 – Physician Review

Once payment is confirmed:
  • A licensed Swedish physician reviews your case
  • You are contacted via WhatsApp by our physician for a digital consultation
  • Consultation proceeds in person (if clinically required)

Step 4 – Prescription Issuance (If Medically Appropriate)

If approved:
  • Your prescription is issued electronically (e-recept) within Sweden
  • You can collect medication at any Swedish pharmacy (Apotek) with valid identification
If prescribing is not medically appropriate, you will receive clear guidance on next steps.

Safety First

This service is not an emergency service.
If you experience:
  • Chest pain
  • Severe breathing difficulty
  • Stroke symptoms
  • Severe allergic reaction
  • Severe bleeding
  • Suicidal thoughts
Call 112 immediately.

Consultation Fee – 3200 SEK

The consultation fee covers:
  • Structured medical intake review
  • Physician-led clinical assessment
  • Documentation evaluation
  • Prescription issuance if appropriate
  • Professional medical advice
Medication costs are paid separately at the pharmacy.

Why Private Clinical Access Works

Public healthcare in Sweden functions efficiently for registered residents.
For those outside the digital system, delays often occur due to:
  • Login barriers
  • Administrative requirements
  • Identity verification constraints
Private physician access removes these digital obstacles while remaining fully compliant with Swedish medical standards.
This is structured, legal, professional care — not an informal prescription request.

Powered by Mindr

The Rx Fast Track Portal is operated by Mindr, a private doctor’s clinic in Gothenburg dedicated to supporting international patients and individuals without Swedish digital access.
HotellDr — launching April 2026 — will expand this model into a fully digital healthcare platform for anyone in Sweden without personnummer or BankID.
Until then, consultation requests are handled directly through Mindr.
