How it works for the company
- Tell us about your team: where they are, how many, and for how long.
- We agree on a set-up: one contact person, a direct line or WhatsApp for your staff, and how you want to pay. Staff can pay themselves and claim it back, or we can invoice the company by agreement.
- Your staff book through our booking request or the agreed line, usually with a reply within 15 minutes during opening hours.
Medical details stay between the employee and the doctor. Your company only gets what the employee agrees to share, such as a certificate of fitness for work.

Questions
Do your staff need a personnummer or BankID?
No. They book with their name and phone number and show a passport or other ID at the visit.
Can you invoice our company instead of the employee paying?
Yes, by agreement. Tell us how you’d like it set up when you contact us.
Will you share medical information with us as the employer?
Only what the employee agrees to share, such as a certificate of fitness for work. Everything else stays between the employee and the doctor.
Do you cover the whole of Sweden?
Clinic visits are in Gothenburg and Stockholm, hotel visits also in central Malmö, and video consultations anywhere in Sweden.
