Too unwell to leave your room, or rather be seen in private? A Mindr doctor can come to your hotel or home in central Gothenburg, Stockholm or Malmö, during our opening hours and usually on the same day. No personnummer or BankID needed.

How it works

  1. Send a booking request and choose a hotel or home visit. Tell us where you’re staying and what’s wrong.
  2. We call you back, usually within 15 minutes during opening hours, to agree on a time and send a secure payment link.
  3. The doctor comes to you, examines you and treats you in your room. If you need medicine, the prescription goes electronically to a pharmacy in Sweden.
  4. You get the paperwork for your travel insurance, the receipt and medical report in English, at no extra cost.

We visit hotels and homes in central Gothenburg, central Stockholm and central Malmö. Visits are during our opening hours: Monday to Friday 07:00–23:00, weekends and public holidays 08:00–20:00. We don’t do night visits.

Questions

How fast can a doctor come to my hotel?

Usually the same day during opening hours. When we call you back, we give you a time.

Can you come to an Airbnb or a private home?

Yes, anywhere in central Gothenburg, Stockholm or Malmö.

Can a doctor come at night?

No. We visit during opening hours only: Monday to Friday 07:00–23:00, weekends and public holidays 08:00–20:00. At night, call 1177 for advice or 112 in an emergency.

Do I need a personnummer or BankID?

No. You book with your name and phone number and show a passport or other ID to the doctor.

Will my travel insurance pay for a hotel visit?

Many policies do, but check yours. You pay us, and we give you a receipt and medical report in English so you can claim the money back.

Emergency? For chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness or confusion, call 112. Don’t wait for a hotel visit.
