While visiting the country I needed stitches and after no-answer disconntion from 1177 I somehow found this place. Small private practice with professional and quality care especially for foreigners. Responsive to get a same day appointment. WhatsApp used to prescreen my injury with a photo and do intake which was very convenient.

I had an outer ear infection, which was aggravated by my flight to Sweden resulting in severe pain. I was seeking fast treatment to deal with the infection and to help me to feel better. I received a prescription which I was able to collect straight away from a nearly pharmacy at minimal cost. The following day I attended the clinic in Stockholm for a physical examination. The treatment and follow-up was professional and effective, and exactly as described. There would have been alternative, non-private medical options for me, but they would have taken longer, and sometimes when you are travelling away from home, what matters most is accessing help quickly. I quickly started to feel better and was able to get on with my journey in Sweden. I would use Mindr again and am happy to recommend the service.

My family highly recommends Mindr. We had a horrible experience trying to get emergency care in Sweden for my daughter, and when my dad and I became sick, we could not get 1177 to send us to an urgent care center for same day treatment of viral and bacterial infections because we are not Swedish residents. We found Mindr and were able to be seen the same day. It was easy to make an appointment, easy to find, and we felt like the MD was truly listening and paying attention. Highly recommend! I wish I had known about this when my daughter was sick -- we could have come here first!

I am absolutely thrilled with the quick and uncomplicated help I received at this practice. I called because of acute shoulder problems and luckily got an appointment on the same day – something that cannot be taken for granted these days! The doctor examined me very competently and quickly found the cause of my pain. As my movement was severely restricted, she recommended an injection. The injection was administered very confidently and expertly, and I felt a significant improvement shortly afterwards. I am very grateful that I was helped at such short notice and that I can now go about my daily life pain-free again. While going to an emergency doctor isn’t what you’re expecting while on a family holiday, sometimes life deals you this hand. The service that I got when I had to bring in my 2 year old to Mindr was exceptional. Thorough investigation into what the causes for her illness could be. Detailed explanation of possible remedies, including friendly and helpful advice. But, most of all, reassurance and a metaphorical ‘arm round the shoulder’ which made me (and my little one!) feel much better. As a solo female traveller from Australia who was unfortunately involved in an accident during a recent visit to Gothenburg, I found myself in need of urgent care at a late hour of the night. I was feeling very vulnerable, uncomfortable and in severe pain, yet faced with a protracted waiting time at the Emergency Department of the local hospital. In search for an alternate source of medical advice and treatment rather than languishing in an uncomfortable chair in a crowded waiting room for many more hours, with the help of a family member at home who was desperately trying to find another solution we came across the Mindr service, and it is no exaggeration to call this a literal godsend. As someone who doesn’t write google reviews, this one is exceptional. Needed bloodwork and advice that wasn’t available through the state healthcare system and hit the jackpot when I found Mindr and Dr Toha. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement and without sharing confidential data I can just say I have not met a doctor that generously takes his time to find solutions and to explain procedures and outcomes. This is as close as one gets to Concierge Healthcare in Sweden thanks to Dr Tohas skills, demeanor and judgment. The healthcare Mindr provides is quickly accessible, it is a personalized experience with a truly professional patient- physician relationship. The healthcare I received was proactive rather than what I am used to: reactive and is signed off by reports one can use for reference or second opinions. Transparent, professional and quick. Had a random UTI that progressed very quickly. I walked in off the train and they immediately showed great care and thoughtfulness. They got me tested and with proper antibiotics within the hour off the train. I was traveling from the US and didn’t even know how to get seen by a doctor abroad. They checked in regularly after as well to make sure I was progressing well. So thoughtful and kind and literally better than all the care I’ve received in the US. I wish I could go to them regularly.

The Doctor gave him a thorough check, tested him for bacterial infection and followed up with me and him the next day. The process was easy, professional and friendly. I come from outside of Sweden, and was in need of a doctor to assess some symptoms regarding abdomenal discomfort. The doctor was amazing and was able to see me the same day. I was able to talk about what I was experiencing and he was understanding and walked me through the process of treatment and diagnosis. Ihad a slip and fall accident in a bathroom5 days before presenting myself to the emergency at the hospital in mondhal.on that date the emergency room was full of injured patients and after waiting , like all the other patients , for over 9 hours, and seeing that many patients were in much worse condition than i, I returned to my hotel. Without seeing a physician. I was recommended by the tourist office to consult Mindl clinic. I was seen immediately and the appropriate examinations and tests were dome without delay. I will return to Brasil where my local physician will provide future cara.

The treatment wait time was significantly shorter than at a typical hospital. Doctors are readily available to address any concerning symptoms. I am very pleased with my experience here. This clinic is near Edo Sushi restaurant. You can enter through the green door and go up to the third floor.

Tolle Praxis und sehr gewissenhafte Untersuchung. Ich musste nach einem Sturz an Bord und einer Rippenprellung eine Arztpraxis aufsuchen und wurde bei Mindr sofort und unkompliziert aufgenommen und behandelt.

ONLINE Doktor! Genial. Zuerst habe ich kurz die Symptome beschrieben mit Hilfe eines Chatbot. Der hat mich anschliessend mit einem sehr vertrauenserweckendem Arzt verbunden. Via Kamera haben wir kommuniziert. Ich habe Bilder hochgeladen. Er hat dann die Diagnose gemacht und das Rezept an eine Apotheke in der Nähe überwiesen. Dort habe ich innert einer Stunde die Medis abgeholt. Super easy und hilfreich. So muss man nicht in ins Spital oder in die Vårdcentralen hier in Schweden. Vorallem, wenn man nicht festen Wohnsitz hat.

ich war in Göteborg zum Urlaub machen, und mir mussten die Fäden von einer Schnittwunde aus der Hand gezogen werden. Ich kam sofort dran und wurde wirklich super behandelt. Es wurde sich gut um mich gekümmert, als es mir schlecht ging, der Arzt war wirklich sehr nett. Zu trinken und Schokolade konnte man sich im Wartezimmer ebenfalls nehmen. Ich wurde also wirklich sehr, sehr gut behandelt und mir wurde alles genau erklärt.
