Quick tests on site, such as CRP, strep A, urine, haemoglobin, blood sugar and ECG. Blood tests, X-ray, ultrasound, CT and MRI through our partner laboratories and imaging clinics.
Swedish e-prescriptions, collected at any pharmacy in Sweden.
Fitness-to-travel assessments and medical certificates when your client needs them.
How a case works
You send us the case by email or phone. We confirm availability and agree on the next steps.
We book the appointment, usually the same day, at a clinic, by video or at the client’s hotel.
A doctor assesses and treats your client and orders tests when they are clinically needed.
You receive the medical report in English, with your client’s consent.
If your client’s condition changes, we follow up or reassess.
Billing
With insurers we have an agreement with, such as Cigna, we can bill you directly against a guarantee of payment (GOP). Otherwise your client pays us at the visit and claims the money back with our receipt and medical documents, which are included in the price.

These documents confirm that the patient has been evaluated by a licensed Swedish physician and provide the information typically required to initiate a reimbursement claim.
International patients leave the consultation with the documentation needed to submit their insurance claim without delay.

Documentation issued by Mindr typically includes:

Additional Medical Reports
In some cases, insurers or travel providers require documentation beyond the standard consultation receipt.

These documents require additional physician assessment and administrative work.
When such documentation is requested:
• the patient must attend a doctor consultation
• additional documentation fees may apply
