Common questions

Do I need a personnummer or BankID?
No. You only need your name and a phone number to send a booking request. Bring a passport or other ID to your visit.

How fast will you contact me?
Usually within 15 minutes during opening hours, by phone, WhatsApp or email, with a proposed time and a secure payment link. Your appointment is confirmed once you have paid.

Will my travel insurance pay?
Most travel insurance covers a doctor visit abroad, but check your own policy. You pay us, and we email you a receipt and medical documents, usually within 1–5 days and at no extra cost, so you can claim the money back from your insurer.

Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, with a full refund. Cancellations later than that, and missed appointments, are not refunded.

Can I get a prescription?
If the doctor finds it medically right, you get a Swedish electronic prescription that you collect at a pharmacy in Sweden with your ID. The medicine is paid for separately at the pharmacy.

What if it’s an emergency?
We are not an emergency service. For chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness or confusion, call 112.
