These terms apply when you send a booking request through our website. By ticking the consent box and sending a request, you accept them.

1. Who we are

The service is provided by Sculpté AB (org. no. 559335-3419; company address Kyrkogatan 42B, 411 15 Gothenburg, Sweden), under the brands Mindr (in-person visits) and TouristDr by Mindr (video consultations). Our doctors are licensed physicians in Sweden.

This is not an emergency service. If you have severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, heavy bleeding, sudden weakness or confusion, call 112 immediately. If you report warning signs in the booking form, our team may try to call you, but this never replaces calling 112.

2. How booking works

  1. You send a booking request. A request is not yet a confirmed appointment.
  2. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email, usually within 15 minutes during opening hours, with a proposed time and a secure payment link.
  3. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is completed. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
  4. If we cannot offer a suitable time, we will tell you and no payment is taken.

The service is intended for international visitors and expats in Sweden. Please give correct contact details; we cannot reach you otherwise.

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are shown before you send a request.

The price includes the consultation, a prescription if the doctor considers it medically appropriate, and medical documentation and a receipt for your insurance. Tests and examinations (for example CRP, strep test or urine test) are charged separately, are only done when medically indicated, and you are always informed of the cost beforehand.

Follow-up questions about the same complaint within 7 days are included.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, and you get a full refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, and missed appointments, are not refunded.
  • If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time of your choice.
  • If the doctor decides during a video consultation that you need to be examined in person, see section 5.

5. Online consultations

A video consultation suits many common problems, but a doctor cannot examine you physically over video. If the doctor considers that an in-person examination or tests are needed, you will be advised to book an in-person visit or to seek other care. The video consultation fee covers the consultation that took place and is not refunded in that case.

The short questions on our booking page only help you choose between video and an in-person visit. They are not a medical assessment and never give a diagnosis. The doctor makes all medical decisions.

6. Prescriptions

Whether to prescribe a medicine is always the doctor’s medical decision; booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Prescriptions are Swedish electronic prescriptions sent to a pharmacy in Sweden. The medicine itself is paid for separately at the pharmacy. You need to show ID to collect it.

7. Insurance

We provide a receipt and medical documentation that you can send to your travel insurance, at no extra cost. The document is usually sent to your email within 1–5 days after your consultation.

The document is password protected. The doctor always tells you the password during the consultation. If you forget your password, please contact us and we will help you.

It is your own responsibility to check with your insurance company that your policy covers our services. You pay us directly, and any reimbursement is a matter between you and your insurer. We cannot guarantee that your insurer will reimburse you.

8. Other terms
